(Serves 6) 1 gallon shellfish stock*, 5 snow crab clusters, 2 lb. large shrimp, 1 lb. black mussels, 24 little neck clams, 12 red potatoes, 6 ears of corn – halved, 12 boiler onions, Cajun spice to taste, 3 lemons – halved, 2 lemons – sliced, 1 cup drawn butter w/lemon
In a large pot, bring 4 quarts of water to a boil. Add corn, potatoes and onions. Cook for 12 minutes or until tender. Remove from heat and strain.
