Nearshore and Inshore report

Postby Entice Charters » Sat Feb 25, 2012 12:52 pm

It was tough the past two weeks out on the nearshore wrecks. The winds were blowing pretty good, but if your able to squeeze out 2-6 miles the sheepshead, mackeral, grouper and snapper will be chewing.Choice of bait has been little pilchards and cut shrimp for the sheepies.

The inshore report is if you find the clean water you'll find the fish. Look for good current running along shorelines and over oyster bars. The redfish and snook should be feeding. Live chumming works best to entice these fish.
