Fishing Report

The inshore fishing has been good with big trout early in the morning around the bait pods. There are also some Snook and Tarpon as well as schools of Jacks and ladyfish in the Sebastian River as well as Turkey andCrane Creeks.

The Snook and around the docks. The water inshore of Sebastian is extremely clean and clear for the summer and the bite inshore slows down early as the sun comes up and visibility gets better and the water temps increase.

The breeder Redfish are in the inlet, mostly at night, but the daytime bite is hit and miss but should get pretty good soon. The Snook should get in there soon as well.

The nearshore waters have been very productive since the winds have finally subsided and we move into our regular summer weather patterns. The shallow wrecks and reefs are holding good numbers of Flounder as well as big Jack Crevalle, Over Slot Redfish, a few Cobia, Cudas, Sharks and Bonito. We have had some Tarpon move through our area, but they haven't stayed in one area for any length of time. They should be on the beaches in force any time and remain through the fall bait run.
