The squeeky wheels gets the grease !

I've always tried to tell anglers that yes, if we speak loud enough and get enough strong people behind us then we CAN get things done. Here's a prime example.

Just yesterday, seventeen members of the House of Representatives signed off on a letter to NOAA's Dr. Roy Crabtree about extending the snapper season in the Gulf of Mexico due to the weather of TS Debbie and today, an anouncement came out that yes, they are extending the Gulf snapper season for the anglers. WOW, it took all of one day. Now they aren't extending it long at all but at least they ARE extending it. That means that we, the anglers of this country are being heard !!!
