Action Craft Purchased and Returns to Production

The production of Action Craft, Coastline and Coastal Bay Boats has restarted in June, 2012. The assets were sold by Flatsmaster Marine to CK Prime Investments Inc. President Chad Kovarik plans to keep the brand names in place as they are well recognized in the boating and fishing industries.

Chad states, "I am excited to have an opportunity to be the new owner and restart production of such highly regarded flats and bay boats. We have strategically kept key production personnel in place to oversee the success of the restart and continue building one of the best boats in the world. Same awesome hull design, same great quality, just under new ownership."

Chad states, "In the past, buyers had to put down a fairly large sum of money for a deposit to get their order into the production schedule. We know people are excited to hear Action Craft is back in business and we know cash on hand is not always easy to come up with, that is why we implemented a $2,500 order deposit plan. So a small $2,500 deposit gets your customized boat in our production system."
