MARTIN COUNTY, FL: The Martin County Convention and Visitor’s Bureau (MCCVB) is happy to announce a new partnership with the Superior Small Lodging Association (SSLA). The program was designed to provide resources, education and support specific to lodgings with under “50” rooms. In addition it provides a great number of tools for branding and marketing purposes.
The initial investment for this program was funded by the Martin County CVB and was offered to all qualifying lodging countywide. The following properties opted to participate: Four Fish Inn, Old Colorado Inn, Inn at Shepard’s B&B and the Caribbean Shores Hotel & Cottages.
The first annual inspections for the mentioned properties were completed this past month. We are proud to announce the “Property Review Program” inspections resulted in all four Martin County properties receiving passing scores when measured against the “SSLA Guidelines” with 2 of the 4 being nominated for the "White Glove Awards" (WGAs) on their very first inspection.
Congratulations to the Caribbean Shores Hotel & Cottages along with the Inn Shepard’s Park B&B for their WGAs!
The CVB Executive Director, Rozeta Mahboubi said “Smaller accommodations, similar to small businesses, are unique to our area and true characters of Martin County therefore it’s our mission to deliver the best possible collaborations to help them succeed.”
