After 4 years of overseas manufacturing, Release Reals, an innovative reel manufacturer, taken a stand and now produces all facets of its reels here in the United States. Distribution is planned for June, 2012.
Wes Seigler, founder and president of Release Reels, has announced that all of their products will now be completely made and distributed here in the USA. From the design/development stages to the actual manufacturing/assembly and distribution of product, everything will be done right here in the state of Virginia.
Last October, the decision to suspend manufacturing abroad came as a result of “not having the control needed to have Release Reels stand apart in the industry”. Manufacturing outside the United States did not provide the quality standards Release Reels was committed to providing. Though the cost was nine months of delay for their product, materials are now quality inspected from the rough state all the way to the finished products. Upgrades and changes no longer have to be relayed and translated to foreign suppliers. There is now the security and expediency of hands –on communications.
Since its inception, Release Reels’ market strategy has been to deliver the most technologically superior product in its class, at an affordable retail price.
