The housing may be installed in thru-hull applications, in outboard transom brackets and directly under swimming platforms. Stainless Marine, based in Miami, say they offer the safest underwater lamp in the industry with four separate water stops each capable of keeping the assembly watertight. The lens is flat glass which may be coated with a clear antifouling paint for areas which require it. Stainless Marine underwater lights are extremely bright 12-volt LED clusters good for 100,000 hours, and are available in white, blue, and green and red. The company also offers the same assembly rigged with a weight and submersible extension cord for mobile applications. Great for fishing and cosmetic purposes!
