Aqua Marine Properties Assumes Management of Daytona Marina and Boatworks Facility

Marina joins AMP’s growing network as Aquamarina Daytona

DAYTONA BEACH, FL - May 2, 2008 -Aqua Marine Properties LLC (AMP), a division of Aqua Marine Partners LLC, has entered into a third-party management agreement with the marina’s owner, New Dawn Daytona LP. The facility, which will be doing business as Aquamarina Daytona and shall be the latest marina in the Aqua Marine Partner’s growing network of full-service marinas.

The marina is a particularly popular destination during race events held at the nearby Speedway, and features amenities such as a fueling station, Wi-Fi service, brokerage, full service boat yard and reciprocal privileges with other AMP facilities. The marina also features a boaters’ lounge with laundry facilities and showers, dockage for mega yachts up to 200 feet in length, undercover storage for yachts up to 116 feet and cable television hookups. There are plans for additional upgrades in the near future said Michael Shanley, who heads up the marina management division of AMP.
