New Rub Rails

Yacht-Style Stainless Steel Rub Rail

A new marine grade 316 stainless steel rub rail with polished mirror finish provides a stylish Euro design for larger boats & yachts. Unlike traditional rub rails used on many American boats, this new design is predominantly stainless with only a small visible vinyl insert. A rigid vinyl backing installed behind the stainless steel absorbs impact and prevents denting.

Co-Extruded, Weather Seal Rub Rail

TACO introduces a new proprietary rub rail that eliminates the need for caulking during installation.

Co-extruded rub rail consists of a primary rigid vinyl rub rail with an additional flexible vinyl backing that acts as a seal to prevent water from getting between the rub rail and the hull.

Tough and durable, this new rub rail also reduces the potential damage from water penetrating through screw holes. Accepts a polished stainless steel overlap for added durability and an elegant appearance.

Rigid Vinyl Rub Rail With Flexible Chrome Insert

The elegant look of stainless steel without the premium cost. TACO’s flexible chrome mylar insert will not rust or corrode, even if penetrated.

Installs without screws, reducing labor and material costs and offers a clean, sleek look. Lightweight & coiled, the flexible vinyl insert is easy to handle, install and store.

Neptune Adjustable T-Top

TACO introduces its unique modular design T-top that is adjustable to fit most boats and consoles. New heavy-duty pre-welded T-top assembles and installs without welding. Installed TACO Outrigger-Ready™ extrusion plates are pre-drilled for TACO Grand Slam Outrigger Mount installation. Four patent-pending Neptune Accessory Ready™ splines incorporated into the outer ring offer easy installation, rotation and removal of rod holders and accessories. Offered in brushed anodized aluminum finish with optional blue, black or white color canvas. Packs flat for easy shipping and storage.

Neptune Accessory-Ready™ Leaning Posts

The TACO Neptune III leaning post (shown), with brushed aluminum frame, features TACO’s patent-pending Accessory-Ready™ spline technology for easy installations and adjustments of rod holders and accessories. Easy to install upgrade features include optional clamp-on grab rail and clamp-on grab rail with backrest (shown). A choice of upholstery is available.

Other models of the Neptune leaning post are available, with storage and foot rest options.

Ball & Socket Canvas Top Fittings

TACO’s Ball & Socket top fittings are ideal for a variety of tube, deck and side mounting applications. TACO's complete line of Ball & Socket top fittings are made from marine grade, corrosion-resistant polished stainless steel top fittings and available for 3/4", 7/8" and 1" tube as well as metric sizes. All fittings are designed to fit existing side curtains, canvas and tube, for easy top upgrades and retrofits without re-patterning.

The patented ball and socket design allows for full rotation of the top frame for quick and easy installation and operation of bimini tops. Delrin inserts ensure smooth movement and a tight, rattle-free fit.
