Internationally Known Author, Radio and TV Host David Essel, to keynote Sanibel Wellness Event

"A Day for Mind & Body Transformation," a day-long event on Sanibel Island, will feature life coach and motivational speaker, David Essel., whose techniques have been applied by Fortune 500 companies and organizations in the US, Canada, Mexico and Europe to improve the performance and success of employees and members.

The one-day-only Sanibel event will be held September 27, 2008 from 10 AM to 6 PM @ The Dunes Golf & Tennis Club, 949 Sandcastle Road. Event sponsors include The Dunes Golf & Tennis Club, Sanibel Wellness, Island Nutrition Center, Sanibel Produce Company and SanibelCaptivaDaily.com.

Additional informative sessions will be offered by Brian Healy of Sanibel Wellness and Carol Simontacci of Sanibel Nutrition Center. A special organic lunch, prepared from produce from Sanibel Produce Company by Chef Roro of Rassa at The Dunes Golf and Tennis Club, will be available to participants..

Essel is the author of five books on personal growth and an adjunct Professor at Edison College in Ft. Myers, Fl.. He has developed the theory he calls the "One Thing – That Will Radically Change Your Life Forever". This approach to business and personal success will be the center-point of the day's proesentations. It has been developed over 15 years of life coaching experience and study of the teachings of Maharishi Mahesh Yogi.

New York Times Best Selling Author Dr. Wayne Dyer has characterized Essel's approach as one destined "... to help you become more alive in every area of your life."

Healy is Founder and Director of Sanibel Wellness. He is a licensed massage therapist (Florida and New York) and Certified Kripalu Yoga Teacher. Healy will reveal "Learning Transformation Techniques that Quiet the Mind," based on 17 years of work in energy healing and yoga.

Simontacci owns Sanibel's Island Nutrition Center. She has authored numerous books on healthy eating. She will speak on how to "Transform your health and energy through exceptional food choices." This humorous, enlightening visual history of food in our culture springs from Simontacci's experience as Certified Lifestyle Educator and Adjunct Professor of Nutrition at Huntington College of Health Sciences.

Chef Roro is Executive Chef at The Dunes Golf and Tennis Club, a position he has held since 1997.

Registration is $99 per person. Please book in advance as seating is limited.
