For Immediate Release

Mariah Boat Company, based in Moncks Corner, South Carolina, debuted the all-new R Series bow rider line up during their 2009 Sea Fox and Mariah Dealer Meeting that was hosted in early August in Charleston, South Carolina.

The R Series, which is comprised of the R18.9, R19.9 and R20.9, impressed their worldwide dealer network with their performance enhanced hull design and stylish new decks and hulls. The R Series were designed by a renowned naval architect using a CAD system and a precision, five-axis router, which create a perfect deck and hull fit and superior fiberglass fit and finish. “The R Series are bigger, wider and deeper than the previous SX models and offer a sleek new look with beautiful style lines and redesigned interiors,” stated Jeff DeBar, Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Mariah Boat Company.

The R Series line up range in size from 18 to 20 plus feet, and feature standards and options unique to the R Series models, such as: a huge drainable storage compartment under the walk-through transom; three-piece sundeck with a port side cushion that opens to a removable storage bin; stainless steel hinged seat cushions on the rear bench seat; better vinyl with multiple textures; thicker foam for higher quality interiors; removable cooler under the rear bench seat; molded-in foot rests and storage on the fiberglass liner at the helm; redesigned and user friendly helm with multi-function gauges on the dash with lighted rocker switches and a deluxe Italian steering wheel; optional large extended swim platform with an under mounted step ladder on the starboard side; and an optional hinged bow filler cushion. There is ample storage space, so gear can be neatly stowed, and plush seating for eight to 10 people.

Family time on the water is made easy on any of the R Series models with such standard features as: a bimini top; Clarion® AM/FM/CD and MP3 adaptor with two speakers; fully integrated non-skid swim platform; pop-up ski tow eye; stainless steel boarding ladder; and stainless steel cup holders. Make your R Series your own with any of these exciting options: battery switch; four blue mood lights; hinged bow filler cushion; Clarion® stereo remote at the helm; cockpit and bow cover; compass; digital depth finder in dash; finished fiberglass floor; full canvas for the bimini top; mooring cover; and wakeboard tower and rack. Optional upgrade packages can be outfitted on every Mariah and include Clarion® speakers in the bow or in the cabin, Clarion® stereo remote at the helm; two courtesy lights; compass; remote trim and tilt at the stern; and pull-up cleats. Each Mariah also offers a variety of Mercury MerCruiser engines to power your boat.

Mariah Boat Company is currently offering an unbeatable nation-wide sale on the R18.9 at $15,995. This price includes a MerCruiser 3.0 Alpha stern drive engine, deluxe Italian steering wheel, flip-up walk-through transom with sundeck and lounger, bimini top with stainless steel hardware, pop-up ski tow eye and a single gel coat stripe on the hull (excluding black).
