It has bright greenish blue above, yellow on sides, with the capability of flashing purple, chartreuse, and a wide range of other colors. Its body tapers sharply from head to tail and has irregular blue or golden blotches scattered over sides. The anterior profile of head on adult males (bulls) is nearly vertical and the head of females (cows) more sloping. |
