Captain Mike Genoun: Captain Mike has fished the eastern seaboard from Rhode Island to Key West. A former party boat and charter boat operator, for more than three decades he has successfully pursued everything from trout to tuna. Founder/editor-in-chief of Florida Sport Fishing magazine, the Southeast's premier publication dedicated to saltwater fishing and boating across Florida and The Bahamas, Captain Mike is an educator, writer, seminar speaker, and enjoys helping others stay hooked up. His down-to-earth personality blends seamlessly with his high-energy excitement and unpredictable demeanor. Join Captain Mike as he leads his crew on an array of Florida fishing adventures, all designed with the sole purpose of making viewers more successful anglers. |

Leah Genoun: Leah...Leah...Leah...what can you say about Leah. When the very first fish you catch is an 80-pound yellowfin tuna, it's hard not to get addicted. For nearly 20 years Leah has immersed herself in saltwater angling and has successfully targeted everything from bonefish on the flats to billfish in the deep blue. Her skills on the water continue to surpass all of our expectations both inshore in the shallows and out in the deep. Off the water, Leah is the president/publisher of Florida Sport Fishing magazine. Captain Steve Dougherty: Born and raised in South Florida, Captain Steve Dougherty has been fortunate to experience some incredible angling destinations. While the locations he's visited have been truly awe-inspiring, the unique individuals he has met along the way have made the epic adventures even more enjoyable. Steve claims his fondest memories include chasing big blue marlin in The Bahamas, double-digit days in Isla Mujeras, and slaying swords in the 'Stream. Editor at Florida Sport Fishing, Steve also enjoys surfing, diving, photography and anything else that keeps him outdoors. He can't think of anywhere else he'd rather be...where else can you catch snook, swordfish and sailfish during the same day? |

Captain Carlos Rodriguez: Another native, Carlos feels fortunate to have the opportunity to enjoy prolific inshore and offshore fishing arenas right here in our own backyard. Carlos grew up fishing local beaches and river systems in search of a drag-ripping snook and leaping silver kings. After graduating from UCF and working for local government, he decided to follow his true passion. With numerous inshore and offshore tournaments now under his belt along with several years in the industry on a retail level, Captain Carlos Rodriguez now leads Florida Sport Fishing's regional sales team and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our team both on the air and off. He inspires all of us. |

Boone Oughterson: A 3rd generation Floridian, Boone is a self proclaimed "Florida Cracker." Since the day he was born, he's had an absolute fascination for fishing and the outdoors. From chasing tailing redfish in the Mosquito Lagoon and IRL to roaming the rich Gulf Stream in search of dolphin and other powerful pelagics, Boone knows there couldn't be a better place to live and fish than the beautiful Sunshine State. After a six-year stint at Florida State, Boone moved to South Florida, where he is currently furthering his passion as V.P of Sales here at Florida Sport Fishing. Boone's motto is simple. "He's Living The Dream!" Expect to see Boone hooked up throughout the season. |

JP Caldwell With over 20 years of experience in film/broadcasting, JP joined Florida Sport Fishing TV in late 2010 and has been here since the beginning. With little experience in the fishing/boating arena, JP has since adjusted to life on the water just fine and enjoys each and every outing. JP has established himself as an integral part of our production team and is essential to filming, editing and production of our television series.We all look forward to an exciting future together. |
