My husband found your Rock Shrimp Lasagnette recipe in the magazine and asked me to give it a try. I jumped in but made a few substitutions because we used what was in the pantry. It was a big hit. Wow, you hit this recipe dead on with your perfect blend of flavors, colors and consistency. It was not too rich, nor too spicy but just right. I would serve that to anyone! The changes I made were: Mayport Shrimp locally vs rock shrimp So kudos to you for such a great recipe. I have been cooking for nearly 50 years and you have impressed me.Is there somewhere I can go to try out some of your other recipes? I have friends in your area that have events occasionally catered.
