My husband found your Rock Shrimp Lasagnette recipe in the magazine and asked me to give it a try. I jumped in but made a few substitutions because we used what was in the pantry. It was a big hit. Wow, you hit this recipe dead on with your perfect blend of flavors, colors and consistency. It was not too rich, nor too spicy but just right. I would serve that to anyone!

The changes I made were:

Mayport Shrimp locally vs rock shrimp
penne pasta vs other options
Clam sauce vs shellfish/chicken stock ( the added clams were a plus)
garnish with green onions vs parsley

So kudos to you for such a great recipe. I have been cooking for nearly 50 years and you have impressed me.Is there somewhere I can go to try out some of your other recipes? I have friends in your area that have events occasionally catered. I am going to pass along your name. Their names are Rob Addie and Onyx Coale (couple).
