The Kite Station by Birdsall Marine has a locking detente mechanism that assures the ability to lock into any 0, 15 or 30 degree rod holders. The Fiberglass rocket launcher base has the ability to swivel to accommodate any angle. Features four 15 degree anodized aluminum Birdsall Marine Rod holders.
