Greetings from The Florida Keys:
Tonight, my fly anglers were Alex Erikson, from Connecticut and Paul Krogvoid from Norway, both have some experience at fly fishing for tarpon at night. The conditions were good, with an easterly wind at 15 knots and 80 degree water temperature. Both anglers got 4 tarpon to bite their flies, they jumped a total of 7 tarpon, three broke off, three came un-hooked, and Alex caught a 110 pound female. Another exciting fly fishing adventure in “The Land of the Silver King”! I love my job, wish you were here, more reports to follow shortly.
