Star Rods Plasma II
The best just got better! Star has taken the ever-popular Plasma rod series and given it a fresh look and made some component changes to create the new Series, Plasma II. Plasma II rods are still built with two types of multi-directional graphite layers leading to a reinforced graphite butt weave, all held together with Duratech technology.
- Plasma II inshore rods are built with the Fuji SK2 Reel Seat and Fuji K-Series Alconite guides making these one of the lightest, most sensitive inshore rods on the market.
- Plasma II boat spinning and conventional rods feature a carbon weave butt section for added strength and ease removing the rod from the holder while under pressure. These rods also have EVA foregrips and Fuji Graphite real seats and Fuji K Series Alconite Guides.
- Plasma II jigging rods are in a class of their own in this category. The combination of power and being lightweight makes this a must have for jig fisherman. The rods feature a parabolic action with a unique tip section that loads and unloads with each vertical motion. Available in both spinning and conventional models. Plasma II jigging rods use Fuji graphite reel seats and Fuji Alconite guides.
Star Rods Sequence
Thanks to a diverse offering of action, components and lengths, the new “Sequence” series will carve a place for retailers seeking to stand out in the competitive rod market this summer and beyond. The Sequence Series of fishing rods was developed for anglers fishing live bait or paddle tail style soft plastics where different actions are needed.
Orders can be placed for Spinning Fast Taper, Boat Spinning and Boat Conventional with a variety of lengths, line ratings and actions available. Sequence rods feature an extra layer of graphite for added strength and durability and high-quality Fuji components that further attest to Star Fishing Tackle’s commitment to using quality rod building components.
