Their construction involves a laser cut stainless steel sheet body and arms that are MIL-SPEC riveted together. The tower houses again, a MIL-SPEC stainless steel cable assembly that is capped off with a P-Line weight rated swivel.
The base of the optional colored tower allows for the anchor to have an ingenious breakaway kit ( also optional ) to be installed. There are currently two sizes available, the K4x ( kayak, canoe, and SUP ), and the larger K5, for heavier offshore kayak fishing, Jon boats, skiffs, and PWC’s.
Look for even bigger things to come later this summer as Tightline Anchor plans to introduce the much anticipated ” Hydra “, truly a lightweight, high-performance work of art and engineering focused on the larger craft marine market.
